Illustration accompanying ACA Marketplace informationWhat to have ready before you apply

  •  Household details for everyone applying (names, birthdates, contact info).
  •  Your estimated 2026 household income (used to assess potential savings).
  •  Your doctors and preferred pharmacies, a list of your regular prescriptions.
  •  Any notices you received about your current plan for 2026.

Applications are completed on HealthCare.gov. If the Marketplace later asks you to verify information, respond by the deadline to keep coverage. Need help? Contact us to speak with an agent who can walk you through the process.

How to compare plans (quick guide)

  •  Metal levels (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum) show how costs are split over a year—they don’t rate care quality.
  •  Use each plan’s provider directory to confirm your doctors and hospitals are in-network for 2026.
  •  Check the plan’s drug list (formulary) for your medications and pharmacy options.
  •  Review estimated premium, deductible, copays/coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximum together.

If your current plan won’t continue in 2026

Some members receive notices that a current plan won’t continue due to product or service-area changes. Use Open Enrollment to select a 2026 option and help avoid a coverage gap.

We can explain how networks, formularies, and typical cost trade-offs compare so you understand your choices before you apply.
